Mars Bar cookies

Ingredients

• 125g butter
• 110g caster sugar
• 90g brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 260g self-raising flour
• 8 mini Mars Bars

Method

1. Beat together the sugar and butter until well creamed
2. Add egg and vanilla and beat until just combined
3. Sift in the flour and sprinkle the chopped-up Mars Bars into the flour (I cut each one into 8)
4. Combine
5. Take a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball, place on a lightly greased baking tray and push down lightly with a fork
6. Repeat with the rest of the mixture, placing each cookie roughly 5cm apart
7. Bake at 180C for about 15 minutes or until golden brown
8. Cool and eat

Notes

These are really nice warm! They're not too bad when they're cool either.
